How long does it take to receive Foxy Locks Hair Extensions in the US?

Okay so i ordered my foxy locks extensions on April 19th. And it was shipped on April 22nd. Okay so , i didn't get the insured shipping. I just got the regular. So how long do the extensions normally take to arrive? I live In Kentucky. And i tried to track my order but the number they gave me to track it with on there postal service and the one in the united states, does not work. The tracking number is not working or something to tell where my package is ? What do i do?
